Fellowship-trained interventional pain management specialist Eric Miller, MD, provides complete pain management to patients in New Braunfels, Floresville, Seguin, La Vernia, and Gonzales, Texas.
Dr. Miller studied at Washington and Jefferson College in Washington, Pennsylvania, earning his Bachelor of Arts in Biology. He then enrolled at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, and obtained his medical degree.
Before entering private practice, Dr. Miller completed an internship at Mercy College in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and an anesthesiology residency and interventional pain management fellowship at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina.
Dr. Miller diagnoses and treats various musculoskeletal conditions at his practice, including arthritis, neuropathy, sciatica, back, knee, and neck pain. He uses a combination of traditional and advanced interventional pain management treatments, including minimally invasive injections, multi-wave locked system (MLS) laser therapy, and radiofrequency ablation.
Dr. Miller takes a patient-centered, evidence-based treatment approach. He spends time with all his patients to understand their symptoms, concerns, and goals. Instead of taking a one-size-fits-all care approach, Dr. Miller develops personalized treatment plans for pain relief, improved mobility, and a better quality of life.

Dr. Miller is very active in the Greater San Antonio community. He serves on several organizational boards and is the board president of Musical Bridges Around the World, a non-profit performing arts organization.
When he isn’t meeting patients or attending to other professional commitments, Dr. Miller enjoys spending time with his wife, a pediatrician, and their three children.
